While the core technology platform @Circe always remains simple at its core, fermentation, things get a little wild as we integrate our different lines into our patented "combined process".
Process One : Uses bio or natural gas to feed methane to our bacteria strains, and cause them to grow and morph into a rich protein sludge which is then dewatered and dried to make a single cell protein - a fishmeal alternative for aquaculture and agriculture nutrition.
Process Two: Is very similar to protein manufacture, except towards the end of the line, the secretion of protein is blocked. This shifts the bacterial development and the reaction instead delivers polyhydroxybutyrate, (PHB). PHB is a biodegradable alternative to Polyethylene, used in plastic bags, food and drink containers and medical applications.
Process Three: Is our patented chained technology. It blends the operations of Single Cell Protein, (SCP) and PHB manufacturing with a CO₂ gas input to produce lactic acid from which the vast global market of biodegradable polyester is addressable.
