Our Team

The business is led by David Wilco Drew – an entrepreneur, Fortune 500 Board Director with fifteen years' experience building alternative protein business.At HQ in Austria,  Maximilian Lackner and his team oversee our international scientific programme – coordinating R&D across multiple sites, universities and research centres. Charles Moritz and Michael Stadlbauer run our Seestadt fermenters.

Dr. Pieterse leads all our protein product development. She has farmed flies, ostriches and zebras and really understands what animals need to grow. 

Kim de Rosnay in London & Edmonton is dedicated to our management accounts and independent audit, working closely with Johannes´s team in Austria on our governance, company secretarial, legal and regulatory.
